- Teilnehmer müssen sich im Race Office anmelden –> dabei sind vorzulegen:
- gültiger Messbrief mit Schwimmtest
- Nachweis über die Mitgliedschaft in einer nationalen Cadetclass
- einen Ausweis, der das Geburtsdatum des Seglers hergibt
- Versicherungskopie
- Jedes Nationalteam hat eine Nationalflagge zu führen, etwa 0.8 m x 2 m für Eröffnung und Siegerehrung
- eine Flasche gefüllt mit Wasser von eurem Segelrevier für den Veranstalter zur Eröffnung (z.B. Ribnitzer Bodden, Zeuthener See usw…)
- das launching erfolgt von einem Strand aus, daher werden Cadet-Trolleys mit großen Reifen empfohlen
- Helferboote, Trainermobos und Elternboote müssen sich registrieren im Hafenbüro und dort 15€ pro Nacht entrichten
Dear all, As a small reminder we listed some important „do not forget“ items from the notice of race and some good to know information. Don’t forget to check and make sure to read the Notice of Race Competitors must register at the Race Office. At registration competitors will be required to produce the following: – A valid Measurement Certificate complete with buoyancy endorsements. – Evidence as appropriate of membership of a qualifying Class Association or of support from a National Authority. – A Passport or equivalent as evidence of the sailor’s age. – A copy of the insurance (NOR 19). National Teams shall each supply a national flag – size approx. 0.8m x 2.0m for opening and closing ceremonies. And please bring along a bottle of the water you sailing on for our opening ceremony. We will launch from a sandy beach so we recommend big wheels on your trolley. Support boats, ribs from coaches and parents need to be registered at the Harbour Office. The fee is €15,- per night.
